- Scroll down and click on “Not Registered Yet”
- Follow the steps to get registered.
- Once registered make sure to opt in for email notifications.
If you are registered on the Crest Management website, you can look under user settings to make sure you are subscribed.
You can also opt in for communications such as statements, EMR letters and violation letters to be sent by email only.

FEMA Information
Hurricane season is just around the corner and FEMA would like to encourage all homeowners and renters to purchase flood insurance. After the devastation of Harvey, it was discovered that almost 80% of the damaged properties did not have flood insurance. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) goal is focused on increasing the number of properties covered by flood insurance. The National Flood Insurance Program aims to reduce the impact of flooding on private and public structures. It does so by providing affordable insurance to property owners, renters and businesses and by encouraging communities to adopt and enforce floodplain management regulations.
The links below provide valuable disaster information regarding where to /how to get help, how to file a claim and how to purchase renters/owners flood insurance. Note renters can get flood insurance for their contents, homeowners can get structure and contents flood insurance, this is in addition to house insurance which does not cover flooding.
